Because much of the wool and silk sits on the reverse of the cloth, it feels warm and soft against the skin. By choosing non-mulesed raw materials, we reduce the burden on the sheep. (Mulesing is the practice of cutting away part of the skin and flesh around a sheep's hindquarters without anaesthetic, to prevent parasites from lodging in the folds of the skin.)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWide pants with a roomy thigh and a deep rise. A slight taper towards the hem keeps a soft impression while holding a balanced silhouette. The length is set a little short so the hem does not drag on the ground.
