OC Garabo Coat
The fabric is made of an original mountain-shaped twill weave pattern on a Schonherr loom, using cotton mixed with organic cotton waste, spun on a gara spinning machine as the weft, and silk spun pongee threads made by re-spinning waste cocoons and other parts that cannot be used for silk thread as the warp. The knotty texture of the yarn made by gara spinning, combined with the unique softness of the Schonherr loom woven at a slow speed, creates a texture that is almost like hand-woven fabric. The fabric ears made by the Schonherr loom are used as they are at the end of the collar, making the body slightly biased, creating a pattern that fits the body well. The overall width is wider than JK-03 and 07, giving it more room. The collar is also intentionally made shorter, and the shoulder seam is slightly higher to balance the overall look. The sleeves can be folded to any length you like. Also, the fabric is sewn with very fine stitches to create a tassel-like cut-off design. It can be worn reversibly and has large patch pockets and a waist tie.
*The edges of the fabric are left uncut. The edges will come undone with each use, but if this bothers you, you can cut them off with scissors. If you have any questions about how to dispose of the fabric, please contact us.
*Dyed with Kishu Binchotan charcoal and pigments, there is a natural unevenness. To avoid color transfer, avoid combining with light-colored items and always wash separately. Color transfer will subside with use. Since it is product dyed, the color and size of each item will vary slightly. (Charcoal)
*Dyed in dark colors. To avoid color transfer, please avoid mixing with light colors. To prevent color fading, use a dry-cleaning detergent and dry in the shade. Due to post-production processing, the color and size of each item may vary slightly. (Dark navy/black)
