OC Garabo Coat (Plants)
The original fabric is made by wefting cotton mixed with organic cotton waste, spun by a gara spinning machine, and warp threads made of silk spun pongee threads made by re-spinning waste cocoons and other parts that cannot be used for silk thread, and then woven on a Schonherr loom into a mountain-shaped twill pattern. The knotty texture of the yarn made by the gara spinning machine, combined with the softness unique to the slow weaving speed of the Schonherr loom, creates a texture that is almost like hand-woven fabric.
The fabric edge made by the Schonherr loom is used at the end of the collar, and the body is slightly biased, making it a pattern that fits the body well. Compared to JK-03 and 07, the overall width is wider and more roomy. The collar is also intentionally made shorter, and the shoulder seam is slightly higher to create a balanced overall look. The sleeves can be folded to your desired length. Also, the stitching is done with very fine stitches to create a tassel-like cut-off look. It can be worn reversibly, and has a large patch pocket and a waist tie. This is a special order item from rasiku.
*The edges of the fabric are left uncut. The edges will come undone with each use, but if this bothers you, you can cut them off with scissors. If you have any questions about how to dispose of the fabric, please contact us.
*Dyed with natural indigo. The color will become lighter with repeated use. Since there is a possibility of color transfer, please refrain from using it with light-colored items at first, wash it with a neutral detergent, and dry it in the shade. Since it is product dyed, the color and size of each item will vary slightly.
