Ramie silk coating
This fabric is made with 100% ramie yarn for the warp and a blended yarn of ramie and silk for the weft, resulting in an extremely lightweight and thin fabric. The combination of ramie's smooth texture and silk's luster creates a simple yet striking fabric. Both the warp and weft use a very fine 160-count yarn, which is usually difficult to spin at this fineness. To overcome this, the fabric is woven with water-soluble yarn for reinforcement. After weaving, the fabric is hot-washed to remove the reinforcing material, achieving a balance of lightness and thinness.
This is a long coat with a stand collar and a generous fit._ The high collar and longer length are designed to shield against strong sunlight from spring to summer and into autumn, and to handle the temperature differences between morning and evening._ Its extremely thin and lightweight design ensures minimal strain even during prolonged wear._ A drawstring cord at the waist allows for adjustment of fit and silhouette._ Side slits provide access to inner pockets on pants or jackets worn underneath.
