JK-02
Long jacket
This fabric is made with a high density of cotton warp and hemp weft, woven on an old-fashioned shuttle loom . Shuttle looms are slower than the latest looms, but each weave is firmly woven together to create a strong, crisp look.
It is made by mixing elements of various ethnic costumes, such as the Japanese kimono and the Bhutanese "Go" . The sleeves are functional, allowing for ample freedom of movement. The cuffs are attached to the back of the sleeve openings, so you can fold them back to your preferred length. Like a kimono, the stitching is not visible from the front, and the collar and hem are hand-sewn all around by artisans. A thin cord made of the same material is included.
