OC Garabo Blouson
The fabric is made from an original twill weave on a Sch_nherr loom, using cotton mixed with organic cotton waste, spun on a gara spinning machine for the weft, and silk spun pongee threads made by re-spinning waste cocoons and other parts that cannot be used for silk thread as the warp. The knotty texture of the yarn made by gara spinning, combined with the unique softness of the Sch_nherr loom woven at a slow speed, creates a texture that is almost like hand-woven fabric. The flat structure naturally fits most body types, just like a kimono. The collar is a stand-up collar, but can also be folded back, and the sleeves can be folded to the desired length. The seams of the fabric are exposed to give it a unique look. It can also be worn reversibly, and there is a patch pocket on the front side.
*The edges of the fabric are left uncut. The edges will come undone with each use, but if this bothers you, you can cut them off with scissors. If you have any questions about how to dispose of the fabric, please contact us.
*Dyed with Kishu Binchotan charcoal and pigments, there is a natural unevenness. To avoid color transfer, avoid combining with light-colored items and always wash separately. Color transfer will subside with use. Since it is product dyed, the color and size of each item will vary slightly. (Charcoal)
*Dyed in dark colors. To avoid color transfer, please avoid mixing with light colors. To prevent color fading, use a dry-cleaning detergent and dry in the shade. Due to post-production processing, the color and size of each item may vary slightly. (Dark navy/black)
