Linen Hemp Jacquard Haori
This original jacquard fabric is woven in the Enshu region, designed to evoke a resonant feel both visually and tactilely. It uses linen for the warp and hemp for the weft. The pattern incorporates 14 different textures, allowing you to enjoy a variety of sensations when it touches your skin. Another feature is the soft texture created by weaving on a low-speed jacquard loom.
This haori jacket features a distinctive design that allows the collar shape and length to change by wearing it upside down. The body and collar are cut from a single piece of fabric, and the raw edges and seam allowances are left unfinished, giving the impression of wearing the fabric's natural texture and characteristics directly. Being reversible, turning it inside out hides the seam allowances, resulting in a more minimalist look.
