Peruvian baby alpaca yarn, which has high-quality fibers, is spun by a woolen spinning machine, knitted, and then expanded by a washing process to create a new type of fabric that is elastic yet extremely lightweight. Baby alpaca wool is soft and smooth, but the hollow space inside the fiber gives it excellent heat retention. Each garment is knitted on a knitting machine called a whole garment, which knits directly from the knitting machine in a nearly completed state. The knitting direction is changed by 90 degrees from normal knitting, and the placket is knitted with a back knit, resulting in a special shape that expresses the overlapping of the placket despite being a whole garment. Another feature is that the lightweight finish means that there is almost no sagging due to its own weight, which is common with long knits.
