KN-12
Wool sweater wide
The yarn is made from ultra-fine merino wool with an average fineness of 15.5 microns from Uruguay in South America. It is smooth yet bulky, and by knitting it into a high gauge with a single strand of yarn, it maintains its warmth and lightness. The raw material is spun by Fukaki Woolen, a spinning factory in Senshu, Osaka. The knitting factory is located in Katsurao Village, Fukushima, and Kaneizumi Knit, which has its headquarters and factory in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, was established using the national subsidy for the creation of employment companies that support self-reliance and return to the home country. Please refer to the article on Hobonichi for more details. It is made using a machine that knits directly from the yarn in a whole garment state. The whole garment is characterized by the absence of seam allowances, and there are many structural constraints, so the lack of stitching can result in a flat finish, but on the contrary, this is a flat sweater that makes use of that characteristic. The shoulder slope is horizontal, and the rest of the neckline is made of straight lines. Even if the ribs stretch, they will return to their original shape if you run a steam iron or run water through them. This is a special order item from SHIPS, with a more spacious design than the KN-02 .
