PT-102
Hemp denim wide
The fabric is woven using thick hemp threads for the warp and weft. The warp is dyed with reactive dyes, and the weft is undyed. With repeated use, the hemp fibers gradually become familiar with the skin and change to a unique cotton-like texture, but the unique texture is maintained even after repeated washing. It is a fabric that can be worn comfortably all year round. For the history of hemp cloth, see the article by Shinichiro Yoshida, Director of the Modern Linen Research Institute , and for the differences between hemp, ramie, and flax, see Boken's article . Since the fabric is heavy, it has belt loops to withstand its own weight, but it can be worn without a belt thanks to the elastic waistband and organic cotton string on the inside. The pattern is based on PT-69 , with a straight silhouette with a wider hem and slightly larger back pockets. It can also be worn all year round by adjusting the inner lining.
*There are knots and unevenness in the threads that are unique to natural materials. This is because we place importance on texture and use raw materials with uneven fiber lengths, so please consider this as part of the look. Please be careful not to pull on the knots in the threads too hard, as this may cause the threads to break and create holes in the fabric.
*Due to the washing process after sewing, the color and size of each item may vary slightly.
