Thick hemp long pants
100% hemp thread is used for the warp and weft. It is thicker than the hemp fabric normally used, so it is a firm and thick fabric. Hemp is a strong fiber, but it gradually becomes familiar with the skin over time, and you can enjoy the change in texture from hemp to cotton. The cool touch, which is a characteristic of hemp, continues even after repeated washing, making it comfortable to wear even in midsummer. For the history of hemp cloth, please refer to the article by Shinichiro Yoshida, director of the Modern Linen Research Institute , and for the differences between hemp, ramie, and flax, please refer to the article by Boken .
The silhouette is characterized by a wide thigh width and a fairly tight tapered silhouette, inspired by monpe, and a gusset in the crotch ensures freedom of movement. Compared to other pants, it features deep front and back pockets, and the waist string is made of organic cotton.
