OC hemp denim pants
This original denim fabric, woven in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, uses organic cotton with rope dyed warp threads and indigo dyed surface, leaving the core white, and thick hemp weft threads. The more you wear it, the more the indigo on the surface fades, revealing the white core, allowing you to enjoy the long-lasting changes that occur over time. Repeated wear and washing will loosen the threads and increase flexibility, and the hemp threads against the skin will provide a cool, supple feel.
While keeping in mind the context of workwear, jeans have been redefined as an everyday tool, rather than following the conventional concept of clothing. The back waist belt is made of elastic material, the crotch is gusseted to ensure a range of motion, and the sides and inner thighs are serged to reduce the burden on the fabric while ensuring ease of repair. Hemp remnants are actively used for the pocket fabric, and buffalo horn buttons are used instead of metal parts.
