NM Wool OC Twill Pants
This original twill fabric is woven at a high density using non-mulesing wool for the warp and organic cotton yarn dyed for the weft. The wool is tightly twisted and combined with cotton to ensure strength while being suitable for year-round use. The warp threads are all black, and the weft threads are available in black and white and navy blue. The color difference gives the fabric a subtle sheen and deep look similar to chambray. The raw materials used are not mulesed (the removal of part of the skin and flesh without anesthesia to prevent disease-causing parasites from attaching to the folds of the sheep's buttocks) to reduce the burden on the sheep.
The pattern is based on monpe and tatsuke, a classic MITTAN silhouette. Although the rise is deep, it is easy to move around in as it allows for freedom of movement, and the steep taper from the knee to the hem can be adjusted by rolling up the pants. The simple design is functional, so you can choose your preferred size regardless of your body type. The back pocket is designed using a switch.
