Linen Hemp Jacquard Pants (Plant Dye)
An original jacquard fabric woven in the Enshu region, conceived as a cloth that resonates both visually and on the skin. The warp is linen and the weft is hemp. Fourteen different patterns, each with its own texture, give a range of sensations against the skin. The soft hand comes from weaving on a slow jacquard loom.
A relaxed, draping pant with a belt-loop elastic waist. The three-dimensional line tapers slightly towards the hem, and the side pockets are worked into the seams. The jacquard weave brings out more of the fabric's character the more it is worn.
*There are knots and unevenness in the threads that are unique to natural materials. This is because we place importance on texture and use raw materials with uneven fibre lengths, so please consider this as part of the look. Please be careful not to pull on the knots in the threads too hard, as this may cause the threads to break and create holes in the fabric.
*Please enjoy the natural unevenness and aging caused by plant dyeing. To prevent colour transfer, avoid using with light-coloured items at first, wash with a neutral detergent, and dry in the shade. Please note that it may discolour in response to alkaline or acidic items or sweat. (Walnut)
*Dyed with natural indigo. The colour will become lighter with repeated use. Since there is a possibility of colour transfer, please refrain from using it with light-coloured items at first, wash it with a neutral detergent, and dry it in the shade. *Please enjoy the aging that is characteristic of indigo and persimmon-tannin dyeing. As friction may cause colour transfer, please avoid using with light colours. It will fade and change colour with sweat and sunlight, so please take care when storing and handling it. Because it is product dyed, the colour and size of each item may vary slightly.
