Thick hemp long pants
100% hemp thread is used for the warp and weft. It is thicker than the hemp fabric normally used, so it is a firm and thick fabric. Hemp is a strong fiber, but it gradually becomes familiar with the skin over time, and you can enjoy the change in texture from hemp to cotton. The cool touch, which is a characteristic of hemp, continues even after repeated washing, making it comfortable to wear even in midsummer. For the history of hemp cloth, please refer to the article by Shinichiro Yoshida, director of the Modern Linen Research Institute , and for the differences between hemp, ramie, and flax, please refer to the article by Boken . The silhouette is characterized by a wide thigh width and a fairly tight tapered silhouette, inspired by monpe, and a gusset in the crotch ensures freedom of movement. Compared to other pants, it features deep front and back pockets, and the waist string is made of organic cotton.
*There are knots and unevenness in the threads that are unique to natural materials. This is because we place importance on texture and use raw materials with uneven fiber lengths, so please consider this as part of the look. Please be careful not to pull on the knots in the threads too hard, as this may cause the threads to break and create holes in the fabric.
*Dyed with Kishu Binchotan charcoal and pigments, there is a natural unevenness. To avoid color transfer, avoid combining with light-colored items and always wash separately. Color transfer will subside with use. Since it is product dyed, the color and size of each item will vary slightly. (Charcoal)
*Dyed in dark colors. Please avoid mixing with light colors to avoid color transfer. To prevent color fading, use a dry-cleaning detergent and dry in the shade. Due to post-production processing, the color and size of each item may vary slightly. (Dark navy, black ink, black)
