High density hemp pants (plant dyed)
100% hemp thread is used for the warp and weft. The thread is finer than regular hemp fabric, giving it a denser weave and a finer appearance. Hemp is a strong fiber, but it gradually becomes more comfortable against the skin over time, and you can enjoy the change in texture from hemp to cotton-like. The cool feel that is characteristic of hemp persists even after repeated washing, making it comfortable to wear even in the middle of summer. For more information on the history of hemp cloth, see the article by Shinichiro Yoshida, Director of the Modern Linen Research Institute , and for more information on the differences between hemp, ramie, and flax, see Boeken's article .
*There are knots and unevenness in the threads that are unique to natural materials. This is because we place importance on texture and use raw materials with uneven fiber lengths, so please consider this as part of the look. Please be careful not to pull on the knots in the threads too hard, as this may cause the threads to break and create holes in the fabric.
*Since it is dyed with dyes extracted from plants and insects, there is a natural unevenness. To avoid color transfer, avoid combining with light colors, and when washing, use a neutral detergent and dry in the shade to avoid fading. Please consult us if you would like to re-dye.
(walnut, mugwort, madder)
*Dyed with natural indigo. The color will become lighter with repeated wearing. Please avoid combining with light colors to avoid color transfer. When washing, use a neutral detergent and dry in the shade. Please contact us if you would like to re-dye. (Indigo, Indigo x Walnut)
