Bamboo wide pants
Bamboo is a strong fibre, but as it is too short to be spun as it is, it is mixed with cotton and spun, and the resulting yarn is used for the warp and weave of the fabric. Bamboo fibre is different from rayon produced by the viscose method, which is an environmentally hazardous process, and is still labelled as bamboo. (For details, see the link to the outer fabric raw materials below.) The yarn has natural irregularities, does not stick to the skin, and the firmness of the bamboo lasts for a long time, making it comfortable to wear, especially in midsummer.
Based on the shape of hakama, the pattern is cut in nearly rectangular pieces, leaving almost no fabric waste. The waist string is an original string made in Uji, Kyoto, and all the sewing, including the serger, is made with cotton thread.
*There are knots and unevenness in the threads that are unique to natural materials. This is because we place importance on texture and use raw materials with uneven fibre lengths, so please consider this as part of the look. Please be careful not to pull on the knots in the threads too hard, as this may cause the threads to break and create holes in the fabric.
*Dyed in dark colours. Please avoid mixing with light colours to avoid colour transfer. To prevent colour fading, use a dry-cleaning detergent and dry in the shade. Due to post-production processing, the colour and size of each item may vary slightly. (Dark navy, black ink, black)
