Silk Ramie Stole (Plant Dyed)
The warp threads are made of extremely fine raw silk, and the weft threads are made of extremely fine ramie threads with a count of 500, which are domestically spun, and the fabric is woven in Kiryu, Gunma Prefecture, a silk textile production area. Ramie is also called ramie, and it is difficult to make fabric with this count even when spun and woven by hand, but it is possible to do so by twisting the ramie with water-soluble threads after spinning, and then dissolving the water-soluble threads after weaving. For more details on the differences between ramie, flax, and hemp, please refer to Boken's article .
*Dyed with dyes extracted from plants and insects, there is a natural unevenness. As there is a possibility of color transfer, avoid using it with light-colored items at first, wash with a neutral detergent, and dry in the shade. As it is product dyed, the color and size of each item will vary slightly. (Walnut, Scutellaria x Walnut)
*Dyed with natural indigo. The color will become lighter with repeated use. As there is a possibility of color transfer, avoid using with light-colored items at first, wash with neutral detergent, and dry in the shade. As this is product dyed, the color and size of each item will vary slightly. (Indigo x Walnut, Indigo x Scutellaria, Indigo (Dark))
