SH-125
Flax plaid shirt
This item uses original fabric woven in Oshu. The base of the fabric is wool, which makes it comfortable to wear even in summer. Linen is also woven into the grid lines. The different shrinkage rates of linen and wool create a unique uneven surface, making it a material that does not cling to the skin. Normally, the warp threads are wound onto a single beam (like a large bobbin that winds the warp threads), but in order to use warp threads with different properties, this item is woven using a labor-intensive double beam method.
