Cotton and silk long-sleeved pullover (plant dyed)
This is a yew fabric woven in Enshu, with cotton threads for the warp and cotton strong twist yarn and silk thread alternately woven at a slow speed. The alternating use of strong twist yarn and normal yarn creates a moderately soft texture and a unique look. This fabric is woven on a rapier loom modified from a shuttle loom, carefully avoiding applying strong tension to the thin parts of the slub yarn, bringing out a soft texture like that of a hand-woven garment. This oversized pullover has a sense of freedom as if you are not wearing it, with plenty of space between the body and the fabric. The split raglan sleeves ensure a moderate amount of movement, and the collar stands up nicely even after repeated washing, giving it a more neat impression than a T-shirt.
