Strongly Twisted OC Broadcloth Shirt (Dyed with Plant-Based Pigments)
This original broadcloth fabric is made by using fine, tightly twisted threads, spun in Japan from organic cotton grown in India, in both the warp and weft._ The high density weave, achieved by using approximately twice the number of weft threads compared to warp threads, creates a subtle texture on the surface, adding the crispness and resilience characteristic of tightly twisted threads._ With minimal pilling and high abrasion resistance, the fabric boasts high strength despite its lightweight nature, resulting in a dry, comfortable feel against the skin._ It's a fabric perfect for comfortable wear even in hot weather.
This shirt represents a new take on the orthodox design within the MITTAN collection._ Its moderately relaxed silhouette, combined with the stretch of the tightly-spun fabric, ensures comfortable wear._ With a focus on eliminating unnecessary details, it features a simple design with a concealed placket and simple cuff openings._ The visible stitching is minimized, allowing the expressive nature of the garment dyeing to stand out._ The pattern is based on functionality, making it versatile enough for casual or dressy occasions._ Shell buttons are used.
