OC plaid shirt
Both the warp and weft threads are made of organic cotton slub yarn. Normal machine-spun slub yarn has a uniform texture, but this yarn is uneven, as if it were hand-spun, with a maximum difference of about three times between thick and thin, creating an extremely uneven texture. By weaving with a rapier loom, a unique modification of a shuttle loom , a soft fabric is created without strong tension on the thread, resulting in a texture that is almost hand-woven.
