Hemp shirt 2 high density (plant-dyed)
100% hemp thread is used for the warp and weft. The thread count is finer than the hemp fabric normally used, so it has a denser weave and a higher quality look. Hemp is a strong fiber, but it gradually becomes more familiar with the skin over time, and you can enjoy the change in texture from hemp to cotton. The cool touch, which is a characteristic of hemp, continues even after repeated washing, making it comfortable to wear even in midsummer. For the history of hemp cloth, please refer to the article by Shinichiro Yoshida, director of the Modern Linen Cloth Research Institute , and for the differences between hemp, ramie, and flax, please refer to the article by Boken . The shirt is proposed as a Western clothing that constitutes modern ethnic clothing. The construction follows the rules of Western clothing, but the design is stripped away as much as possible, and the pattern is made based on functionality. Specifically, the sleeve cap is tucked in and the bottom of the sleeve is set higher to allow for movement around the arms, and the yoke on the back is tucked in instead of tucked or gathered to allow for movement in the back. The silhouette is slightly looser than the standard SH-03 . The buttons are all hand sewn on using freshwater pearls.
*There are knots and unevenness in the threads that are unique to natural materials. This is because we place importance on texture and use raw materials with uneven fiber lengths, so please consider this as part of the look. Please be careful not to pull on the knots in the threads too hard, as this may cause the threads to break and create holes in the fabric.
*Dyed with natural indigo. The color will become lighter with repeated use. Since there is a possibility of color transfer, please refrain from using it with light-colored items at first, wash it with a neutral detergent, and dry it in the shade. Since it is product dyed, the color and size of each item will vary slightly.
